"and don't include an assault on anyone."

Does everything that is wrong have to qualify as an assault?

No, but not everything that is wrong should be illegal. If the act is not an attack against someone else I am unlikely to support it being illegal and I would not call it abuse.

"Specific laws forbid such actions, so the discriminatory actions could be said to be "illegal" but not "unconstitutional""

If the laws forbidding illegal actions of the sort being discussed are unconstitutional, then you may have them nullified or amended to conform to the Constitution.

I do in fact think they are unconstitutional but that wasn't what I said. I said the acts they forbid are not unconsitutional. The acts are not forbiden by the constitution, but you called them unconstitutional.

"We consider discrimination against others for goods and services on the basis of race, religion, and colour to be abusive and unconstitutional."
