The one the autorized aggresive action, but would not act. Bush does think these nincompoops are good at handing out food and such. They have a purpose. But it is not protecting innocents or providing any kind of security. That was obivous when they turned tail and ran at the 1st sign of danger. Definately a lefty organization.
