It is NOT the responsibility of the USA to police the world although they would like to believe that the world would be better off democratized. It is up to the UN. Moore wouldn't have made this movie if Bush hadn't developed into an international pirate. I posit that CNN and FOX networks with their lie a minute formats need a counterbalance so that there can be HONEST debate. Moores sincerity is hard to dispute but whether he has all the facts himself is also debatable. The truth has been leaking out for months now regarding Bush's suitability to be the most powerful man in the world. The world didn't need Farhenheit 9-11 to convince them that a modern day Goebbels is upon us. Moore makes lots of conjecture most of which is designed to wake people up to the possibility that some of the worlds power brokers are, and have been doing so throughout history, conspiring to exploit the poor and uninformed and the fearful to their own financial advantage. Moore makes this point well. As for whether the Saudi Royal Family is to blame for the WTC demolition, it seems rather strange that the Saudi's or the bin Laden family would bring down the worlds hate upon Arabs so IF Moore was trying to insinuate that they were responsible, I would find it hard to believe. We must look for who had the best motive for bringing the Islamic world into disrepute and who stood to gain the most from it. For a long time I was convinced that the evil Saudi family might be responsible and then the bin ladens. Michael, I think, is making the mistake of accepting what many believe, that the rest of his family looks upon Osama as a black sheep. He seems to want to make the argument that this is NOT the case and that they might be complicit in the attacks on the USA. The way I see it is the original way, that Osama, former CIA operative installed by the USA against Russia, actually dislikes his familily's ties with Washington and the Saudi family and would like to unseat the government and that IF IF it were indeed Osama that planned the atacks that they were a genuine display of hatred for the USA/Saudi oil empire. It is well known that the population of Saudi Arabia would vote for Bin Laden over the Royal Family. This has to be taken into consideration because the Americans would have us believe that the Saudi People love their current corrupt rulers, which is not the case. We are also led to believe that the Iraqi's welcomed the Americans with open arms which also was not and is not the case according to the latest polls which show most Iraqis are glad to be rid of Saddam and now would like to be rid of the Americans also. So, I enjoyed Moores film but believe that he only scratched the surface of a deeper conspiracy. The bottom line is, and you would realize this if you saw the movie yourdelf, that innocent people in Iraq are being slaughtered by an evil occupier with ulterior motives other than freeing the country from the evil Saddam who the Americans put in power in the first place. So we have the USA claiming to liberate people from tyrants all around the world. Well isn't it special that most of the tyrants we speak about, at least in regards to Iraq, were PUT THERE BY THE USA, and that the average American still thinks Saddam had something to do with the attacks on America. The fact is he did not and furthermore NOT ONE AMERICAN WAS EVER KILLED EVER BY SADDAM IN IRAQ OR ANYWHERE ELSE. You may not like Moores movie after you see it but best to critique it AFTER you see it. The next question we will need to ask is who will liberate the Arabian Peninsula from the corrupt filthy Royal Saudi Family? If it has to be Bin Laden then more power to him. In any case the USA needs to stop involving itself in the affirs of other countries who haven't attacked the USA and this includes Iraq. One must feel very sorry for the people of Iraq who have had tens of thousands of its innocent people killed in this American occupation when it would have been easier to let the UN deal with it in the first place. Do you feel sorry for these people? Do you feel sorry for the families of the soldiers who are over there dying uselessly? I wonder. It is easy to trot out articles by critics of this movie who have their own agendas but it is quite another thing to go and view it in order to see what all the fuss is about. Whats interesting is that the movie wasn't quite all I thought it would be. It was actually better. Go see it and then form an opinion before attacking the messenger fo rby attacking the messenger you are also attacking the families of slain soldiers who are trying to tell you something. If their opinion doesn't matter to you then you are a cold hearted person.
