Well, he is a Democrat. The fact is, that when the South was controlled by Democrats, African Americans migrated to the Northeast and Midwest. The South is now a Republican stronghold, and there is a net migration of African Americans back to the South. I guess, there is just something about Segregation that just goes with Democrats.

No, its the Zell Miller that is VERY POPULAR in the SOUTH and can be expected to swing MANY VOTERS to the BUSH CAMP. jdn
