Steven's correct. Stuff can go wrong at any stage. He's pessimistic, that's all. He's seen the Philippines post-Marcos and it's been very difficult. Of course stuff can go wrong at any stage. That's alot different than sniffing that such and such will surely go wrong and then changing the tune when it doesn't. Couple months ago Steven was chuckling about any establishment of democracy in Iraq at all. Now it's "after the elections". Pessimistic? Gloomy gus is more like it. Derek
