Care to explain, why median household income for African Americans have been higher in the South than the Midwest for over 10 years? Care to explain why, in the 90's, the South is the ONLY region of the United States where African American household income kept pace with the increase in White household income? Yes, there is still a disparity of income for African American households in the South (compared to white), but its probably less in the South than other regions. Care to explain why, in California, the most segregated metropolitan area is Los Angeles and the least is Orange County? Which has a reputation of being a Republican Stronghold and which Democratic?
