You make a dangerous assumption that the Saudi's can keep their rule. I think the hatred they have sown and propagated will bring them the their demise. The chances of the Saudi regime staying in power seem limited. The chances of an attack on the Saudi export capabilities and anarchy appear much higher to me.

If oil exports from Saudia Arabia are seriously threatened there will be a military response. Hopefully this occurs before serious damage is inflicted. But the worlds need for Saudi oil will force the world to deal with the radical elements in Saudia Arabia. Once action is taken to invade Saudia Arabia I would expect the numbers willing to fight to protect the Islamic holy land from the infidels would swell.
