It's kind of like Poker in reverse. You lay your bets out, then are dealt 2 cards (I think) at the time you can pull back one bid. Then the dealer flips some common cards and if you do not them you can remove your second bid. Your third bid stays for the ante.

It's fun.

I have not played it since 1996 though, the only time I was in Vegas. And then it was only for 12 hours on new years eve
