Dear JHong, Russ Winter actually introduced me to NPG when it was about 15 cents as I remember. It has been a good story. I had sold my Wheaton River and had a watch list of stocks. When the market tanked I used that cash to buy 15 stocks from my list which were mostly Claude and Jim Steel recommendations. Previously I was holding 10 PM stocks, bullion and Swiss Francs. I think everyone would be well advised to have an offshore company in one Jurisdiction and an offshore Bank in another. Best Regards,
