Interesting source in that the common thread for many of the nations named in the report is disenfranchisement and poverty.

WWIII won't be a conflict between haves and have nots. It will be a conflict between haves(US, Europe) and almost haves(China, India) and may well start because of oil. Remember that Pearl Harbor was a direct result of an oil embargo.
When the oil situation gets worse due to the combined effect of Hubbert's Peak and increased demand(perhaps as early as 2006 or as late as 2015) I see a conflict occurring, not before and not because of terrorists.
This is why I reacted to your comment about terrorists cutting off oil in S.A. and starting WWIII. It draws attention away from a far wider problem.
