Clarke and Clinton did a lot against terrorism. For one thing they had an Al Qaida desk, which Bush dismantled. Theys topped the Seattle-LAX bombings. They had investigations into the Saudis which Bush stopped. They had a Pakistani hit team training to kill Osama. They shot 300 cruise missiles at Osama. They were developing an armed drone to take out Osama and others.

Did they do enough? Maybe not but at least they sure as hell did something. Bush did nothing. Not a thing.

Bush demoted Clarke lkeaviung us with no counter-terror czar. He ignored repeated warnings about Al Qaida. He kowtowed to the Saudis. Ashcroft cut counter-terror funding once he got into power. Ashcroft told the FBi head he didn't want to hear anything more about terrorism. This is the gang you foolishly believe are tough against terrorists. As Clarke said "Bush ignored terrorism" and so did all his people.

The CIA Anonymous top agent also states this in his new book. The Anonymous agent is reportedly the top Al Qaida expert in the world which is why he must stay nameless.

Oh yeah, and Cheney's people also outed the CIA agent Plame, a WMD's undercover operator at the highest level. Thanks a lot Dickster.
