Have you read them? You don't sound like you have. Once you read them it is easy to see why Saddam thought we weren't interested in his adventure in Kuwait.

The UN went along with us in Desert Storm. Had you failed to remember this? Read up on Un resolution 660 and 661 and 678 (as well as several other resolutions) authorizing any force necessary to get Iraq out of Kuwait. I think the French and Germans had a hand in that. If you read up on it, you will think that too- and won't that be a treat for you?
