Moore is perhaps the ultimate populist patriot. He's also very pro military. Obviously you have not seen the film. Otherwise you wouldn't make such a totally off comment.

Never confuse the USA with Bush and his extreme rightwing chickenhawk Big Oil agenda. That's like saying Enron or Halliburton is the USA. They're not.
