Bush made North Korea twice as dangerous with his stupid neocon policies. Now he has flipflopped back to the Clinton policy.

John Kerry is one of the strongest world leaders and experts on nuclear proliferation. You should read his book "The New War" which wanrs about what if WMD's fall into the hands of terrorists and organized crime? Kerry wanred Bush about 9-11 type atacks in 1999, 2000 and 2001 and Bush ignored all such warnings from every direction.
