I would be willing to bet it reaches the undecided. You can't do much about the hard right- they made up their collective borg-mind, and no facts would ever change them. If Mr. Bush turned out to be exploiting women right and left, and having blow jobs in the oval office, the right wing would find a way to explain it away. So, the audience the film will move are the undecided voters- and there are enough of them to swing the election- assuming the election isn't already fixed.

Maybe some of the choir were not going to vote. Hopefully this movie will be used to make people register to vote and actually get out and vote later this year.

If even one million undecided voters see this film it could swing the election. That's a fact. I estimate at least 30 million will see it before election day. If 25 million of those are already against Bush, that's fine. At least it will fire them up.
