You know, it's kind of crazy how convoluted our politics have become in 2004. When did things like reinvesting in America entirely leave our political discourse? Even the Democrats don't talk much about sensible domestic investment/spending these days. To be a Republican in 2004 is to support wasteful spending on foreign military adventures that have dubious benefits. It's funny, but when I drive over that crumbling bridge on my way to work, that $200 Billion we've spent destroying and rebuiling bridges in Iraq and Afghanstan doesn't help me one iota. This country has gone off the deep end, thanks much in part to the fact that Republicans are more focused on matters outside this country than inside it. Our military and resources are being totally misused by the current Adminstration. It showed on 9/11 when we weren't able to defend our cities from air attack, and it shows everytime our infrastructure crumbles due to neglect.

Oh good grief.

To support the republicans is to support evil, and there can be no justification for it. You are either on the side that is trying to destroy our nation, or on the side that is trying to save it.

you are yanking my leg right? Nobody actually thinks this way, do they?
