Hawks would now say Bush is cutting and running.
It's amazing he's allowed Baathists and Islamic extremists to take over so much of Iraq. Also, talk about a big fli-flop. Just a month ago Bush was saying "steady leadership -hold the course", then suddenly he takes on the Dennis Kucinich strategy, except for holding onto the oilfields and Halliburton contracts of course.
