Perhaps you missed Dilbert's "Bungie Boss":

Bungie Boss (flying in on bungie cords functioning as suspenders): "Hi I'm your new bungie boss let's change everything before I get reassigned oops too late goodbye!"

And Scott Adams penned that many years ago. Too bad corporations still don't get it. Here's hoping you do.
