LOL, you can dish out the B.S., but you sure can't take it.

Anyway, Clinton promised North Korea a couple of nuclear reactors in 1994 in exchange for the North giving up its pursuit of a nuclear weapon. Clinton failed to live up to his end of the bargain, thereby prompting North Korea to restart its nuclear program under his watch. Hence, it's Clinton's fault.

How is Kerry going to fix this mess, given that Kim Jong-Il, Korea's "Dr. Evil," is one of Kerry's foreign supporters?
