still think he has a good chance to win but we also need someone that can unite a very divided country.


The country won't unite while a significant proportion thinks they are on a mission from God to change the Supreme Court. The country never comes to complete agreement, never has. The country is strongest when there isn't a group trying to impose their visions on everyone else.

Kerry has not made a single mistake. That alone is magnificent. The Bushies basically have nothing to attack Kerry on but sheer BS like he's "weak on defense" or he's "too liberal" or he'll "raise your taxes", none of it true in the real world, only in the minds of a few spin doctors. Kerry is very very shrewd. He knows how to run his campaign a lot better than you or I or any pundits. Therefore, when you call hids campaign "ineffective" you're missing the point. He has a very solid 45% of the vote now and is well within striking distance of 55% or even 60%, and best of all he's doing most of his damage to Bush in states Bush needs to win.
