Bush has no energy policy? In 2000 he promised he would fix the high energy prices and give us an energy policy. Instead all he did was let his cronies gouge us and try to get the tax-payers to fund his cronies companies. That despite new windfall profits. Bush also relaxed pollution standards with the belief that clean air costs his friends money.

everyone I know wants to buy a hybrid car and there are none available. You get a huge tax deduction if you buy a HUMMER, but nothing if you buy a hybrid- and there are waiting lists for miles

I'm sick of this "we need more oil" crap from the useless red states. There are hundreds of alternatives to fossil fuels. Pick one and lets get moving.
