Not nearly as many as died during the Clinton Administration - while Saddam starved them to death, and then blamed it on the United States. In fact both Saddam and bin Laden blamed the deaths of those children on Clinton (one of the reasons bin Laden declared war on the United States in 1998). re:"How many babies did Bush policies blow apart in Iraq?"
