Well what you say doesn't quite add up. If going to war with Iraq is a way to profiteer as you say through owning say stock in oil companies then how come HAL stock is below 2000 and 2001 levels after Cheney left HAL as CEO. While HAL is up 25% over last year, looking at the chart its hard to conclude that anybody has gotten rich or excessively profited off of HAL. In fact HAL is currently trading substantially below those past levels. Also please explain how Cheney who is 100% divested of HAL is making money of a stock he doesn't even own?
