JF, Careful Ten, you are taking the side of another country over America.

The funny thing is that some South Koreans wouldn't mind a reunified, nuclear-armed Korea ... except for the fact that the North is so dirt-poor that reunification would be costly to the South Korean economy.

But I'm sure "dear brother" Osama would pay top dollar for North Korean nukes and single-handedly revive the North's economy. Just make sure that after "Dr. Evil" takes his share, there's still enough left over for the people.
