Steve, Very touching knowing 1.5 million of these babies each year will be thrown out with the trash.

Did I tell you of the story of a teenager who attended a high school not too far from where I grew up? She got pregnant, hid her pregnancy from her classmates until her belly got too noticeable, then dropped out of school for the last trimester. She then delivered the baby in her bathroom, then killed it.

One of my classmates remarked, "How in the world could you kill a baby in your own hands?" The gears in my mind started working from there, and that's when I realized that there isn't much of a difference between that and killing a baby in the womb. The difference, it seems, is just the delivery.

Of course, I also imagined what the pro-abortion crowd was thinking. "Had she had access to an abortion on demand, without needing to get parental consent, she wouldn't have needed to kill that baby." Of course, no one said that out loud, and it isn't too hard to figure out why.
