I'm sorry Gus. Another incident on our soil will only incite another chorus of "we brought it on ourselves." The apologists for Americal will never understand that there are people out there who want us dead. They don't care if we're Republican, Democrats, Green Party, WASPS, Jews, or even Muslims (just ask our most-recent military hostage about that). They want us dead and they want to eradicate our lifestyle and subject us to fundamentalist Islamic views and controls. The apologists don't get it, and they never will. Not even if a nuke is set off in Times Square or Dupont Circle.
