Yes, the Supreme Court was the one venue that you thought was above the fray and it was for generations. But, since 2000, and probably before, it's become obvious that the Supreme Court is now politicized. How about their decision not to force Chenney to reveal his energy task force meetings. Pretty Lame! And the biggest lamoe of them all, leading the charge of politicizing the court, is none other than Justice Anton Scalia. I sure hope he never becomes the Chief Justice. That will really spell doom for America. He does enough damange in his current position on the court. All we need is the court to be headed by a blatant partisan.
