it is possible that long rates have made the adjustment of the next couple hikes

in jest, here is what Mr Magoo, the knighted one, announced in a press release

"I just noticed that for six months the 3-month TBill yield was 1.25%
so I raised the Fed Funds target to fix my fuchup
sorry for the inconvenience"

one year from now, investors will be caught up answering...
WHEN WILL THE FED BE DONE HIKING RATES & TIGHTENING ???
