RU-486 is the morning after pill just in case you think a woman thinks there's a risk of possible pregnancy. It's no more harmful than the old Coca Cola douche. It works almost perfectly and almost guarantees no unwanted pregnancies. Yet the righwing opposes it. Just like they oppose teaching kids how to use condoms. Why? Because basically they don't want anyone to have sex. period. Of course it's an embarrassing fact that as intercourse amongst teens goes down, oral sex and mutual masturbation sky-rocket and become a normal part of making out.
