(OTC BB:GJRI.OB - News), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Digital Wall Street Inc. a financial media company based in Irvine, California. This strategic initiative is part of Giant Jr.'s ongoing business strategy to diversify and explore various profitable growth opportunities. The terms of the proposed acquisition will be finalized after both parties have completed their due diligence.
