Man, you are so intellectually dishonest.

The war should never have happened. The justifications were false, the execution was horrendous, and the results have been exactly the opposite of what was sold as the goal. You would have us continue on the same disastrous course, regardless of consequences, forever.

Even the Bush admin is realistic enough to try anything to extricate itself from this mess with some tiny portion of their former dignity.

But you don't see it. You don't see the increase in the terrorist threat, you don't see the loss of American stature in the world, you don't recognize the human and economic cost to this country, you don't recognize the destabilization of the lifeblood region of the world economy, the real potential for civil and cross border wars. You are blinded by dogma.
