Look dude, when your story is exposed and your facts start turning to fiction don't go insulting me. Take a hard look at yourself. And blame yourself, not me. Yes everyone knows that a division of HAL supplies our troops with food no matter what war they are in or which party is in power at the time. Other than there standard contract with the us gov. I see no rebuilding contracts for HAL in Kosovo. And for any work they may have done I see no full blown scandals of abusing the US tax dollar during a war. Perhaps Sadaam was easier to contain than the good people of Haliburton.
