Dumbya is probably in the 90-95 range. I am sure he knows that a 1996 model car is newer than a 1993 model car. And if he hadn't been born in a wealthy family, that is what he would have been -- a used-car salesman.

Carter was/is a fine man. His family and Georgia buddies hurt him plenty though. He hung on to them, and paid for it. Not to mention the uncontrollable effect of Aiatollah Khomeini on his presidency.
