There has been a lot of progress made, but I'm still disappointed that we're still trying to get that $18 Billion budgeted for reconstruction into the system. Bureaucracy, and probably a certain degree of politics at work since it represents leverage with the new government. But I've met quite a few Iraqis who remain hopeful, although still a bit timid to express that hope publicly for fear of being intimidated or targeted by insurgents. But most of the soldiers over here have recognized that they are doing this for the children, as they represent the future of this country. Take care now!! Hawk
