I really don't know if Haliburton was or is going to build the pipeline in Afghanistan or not. I watched Moore's 911 and in it he showed where the Taliban visited GW while he was gov. of texas and they also visited Washington in 2001, pre 911.

A lot of the people in that circle including the new president of Afghanistan are UNOCAL folks do im going to guess that it is UNOCAL that is going to build that pipeline.
