Are determined by colleges. They determine what the minimum is for admission.

This is interesting though:
I do remember that for GRE Verbal, the minimum is 200. So if Dumbya took that one, he will probably score about 230 there.

GRE Verbal?
I did the GRE and there was NO verbal part to it. Least not as in talking to anyone.
