You and Bill Clinton have something in common; dickering over the definition of "is".

The reason we dicker, btw MQ did you really mean that, sounds a bit rude doesn’t it, over the meaning of the word "is", is to discover the truth of reality. You landed up asking Neocon to prove his assertion so don’t pretend that you’re not one of us MQ. Just because your name is Winn doesn't mean that you can't be a winner, on the contrary. As you’ve proven time and time again, you are not a dicker without a dick, but on the other hand I hope you realize that I never ever called you a dick. Proving the positive condition and the negative condition, both at the same time, this, by definition is the middle way.

Are you prepared to bet on the perfectibility of humanity at this time? Or the curing of all social ills, worldwide, based on a stipulated sequence of events? "Foreseeable" does not mean "imaginable", but something one can reckon on. In the event of medical breakthroughs that are not currently anticipated, I can imagine that human being might extend their lives 10 fold, but as it stands, I would only feel safe in predicting that we might double our life span. We assume the persistence of evil because it is the most reasonable assumption based on current knowledge.
