"The ousted former Iraqi leader will remain in a U.S.-run jail for now because his government does not have a suitable prison."

That part cracked me up. Where did we get our Iraqi prisons from? Well, we got them from the Iraqis of course. Seems like we could be good sports and give them back one of the prisons, even a teensy little one, just so the new government can at least say "we have one good prison," and not feel like a bunch of third world shmucks, but nooooooooo, we have to keep all the prisons because otherwise where would we put the Iraqis, and also the whole light-stick-in-the-anus intramural championships would have to be postponed.
