Thanks, how'd you get that? When I use Stockcharts it cuts me off at 3 years max even when I chose "fill the chart". You must subscribe?

A wedge is a wedge. Maybe something else is going on but for now the shape is unmistakable and the TA rules should apply if its right...$20 is a possibility here if it all plays out. A big "if".

Here is another look at the oil chart. It has support\resistance from two different tines. The gray lines are the putative ED lines. Judging from the look of the waves off of the highs a test of the gray line might be in order.
