Longnshort is obviously confused. <Take a REAL major, like Math, Physics, Engineering. Women Studies and 12th Century African Art don't count. > Women's Studies are much more difficult than maths, physics and engineering.

The universe is deterministic with causal relationships keeping the planets in the right place and CDMA phragmented photons perfectly in tune with relativity. Engineers and scientists like it like that and depend on that to make things work.

But, in a plaintive moment, Einstein bleated that, "God does not play dice", while he was also bewildered by the need for a gravitational constant to keep things on an even keel.

Einstein obviously didn't realize that God is a she rather than a he. I don't mean that God is a homosexual guy with gender identity confusion, [which would upset Jerry Falwell and co - he'd feel like a real fool showing up at the Pearly Gates], but that God is literally a she. That's why so much makes no sense and is impossible to understand other than in a blokey macro engineering way.

Feminine randomness is built into the very foundations of the universe with that quantum stuff. The answer to life the universe and everything is theoretically a nice, simple, 42, but like Kasparov walking away from Deep Blue in defeat, waving his arms in frustration and bewilderment, we really have no idea what's going on and what the answer is.

Even getting the apostrophe in the right place in Women's Studies is no easy task. Or should it be Woman's Studies? Is there more than one Goddess? Maybe Islamic Jihad is right and martyrs really are heading off into the hereafter to meet a swarm of virgins in Calabi Yau nirvana. mathworld.wolfram.com

Maybe there shouldn't even be an apostrophe since Womens Studies is like Fish Studies. The fish don't do the studying, they get studied. Anyway, Fish Studies would be easy to put in an apostrophe as fish is singular and plural simultaneously, sort of like an unobserved wave function is both here and there until observed at which time it decides where it is. The apostrophe is both places simultaneously.

But then, why isn't it just Women Studies instead of Women's or Womens' Studies? Maybe it's because blokes aren't allowed on the course - women can quite weird about blokes studying them too closely [especially strange blokes - not strange as in weird, or as in the quantum world, but strange as in not personally known in a particularly intimate way].

Anyway, I recommend engineering as an easy topic for university study, though Women's, or Womens' Studies would be a lot of fun if one can get into the course. One might even get a guaranteed entry to Heaven [and many virgins] if my theory on who is really running the show is correct. The evidence is compelling.

Maybe Osama is on to something after all and we in the West are wrong. Kneeling towards Mecca might be a good idea. There must be something in it for so many guys to get involved. Notice that it's always the blokes doing the kneeling and prostration towards Mecca in those photos of thousands of human sardines all lined up in rank and file. dailyexcelsior.com They know they'd better stay on the good side of She. Imagine eternity of nag, nag, nag .... Hell hath no fury as a Goddess scorned ....
