Still strumming the Irving as betrayer ukelele?
"can't believe everything written" or spoken by Dr. Irving Mark Jacobs
I thought that was put to rest countless posts ago. Move on with something remotely contemporary Eric. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since you allegedly caught Dr. J in a handset date slippage. Or is there some recent incident that is fueling your ire?

For every one in 100,000 shareholders (i.e, you) who wanted to string up Dr. J three years ago for misleading about chip timelines I would suggest there are 10,000 Nokia shareholders ready to string up Jorma today for his lies, manipulations, misrepresentations, promises on WCDMA for year 2001 and so on.

As far as GSM1x date optimism, I am guilty of that one not Jim or Dr. J. I admit I was about a year early in forecasts of imminence of GSM1x handsets and you were right to be skeptical, though I would also suggest that WCDMA has been slower to get going (until very recently) than you expected.
