Yes many questions. All I care for is the truth regarding all of this stuff. I guess what I found shocking was the rapid and over zealous thrust to create the premise for war on Iraq only hours after the 9/11 events. And this thrust came from Rumsfeld even as his intelligence staff cautioned that Saddam was not possibly connected. Why was he, (and soon to follow, the entire defense administration as well as Bush & Cheney) so extremely determined to push for an Iraq war at any cost? That bothered me, along with a large portion of the rest of the world. The new administration did and said virtually anything that would sell the idea, including what now is well known to be numerous outright lies—But WHY? The WHY only began to get some light when the Project for a New American Century PNAC manifesto surfaced. No conspiracy here, an actual set of documents or ideologies created and written in large part by our current US administration well before George Bush fell into the presidency. I am sure you have read all about that; their desire for at least two ‘theatre wars’, ignore UN, pre-emptive strikes etc. The whole plan is unbelievable. “All we need to get this world domination plan to be financed and launched is a new pearl harbor”...Paraphrased but accurate. So here we are, a few years later with exactly what the PNAC boys club desired and our entire nation should be as concerned as the rest of the world has been and more so. Four more years of human error and this country will never be able to undue the sizable damage we already face IMHO. (Maybe I was thinking of X-O Joe :) Keep up the good work~ Puna
