I used the word, distortion. You responded by a comparison on "lies." Was that intentional? What should I infer from that? Are you saying it's OK to mislead by planting distortions but not to lie in the sense of getting one's facts wrong? Or are you using the terms interchangeably and suggesting that Moore distorts/lies and Limbaugh doesn't?

He pushes the standard Republican party line.

Are you distancing Moore, then, from the standard Democratic party line?

Thanks for the Samuelson, Kristoff, Jarvis and Safire articles this morning. It is encouraging to see people beginning to back away from the extremes. I hope it continues.
