I do believe it is. Moore has basically said he would like to influence the outcome of the election. Of course he does. He doesn't like Bush. This should not come as a surprise to you. Sort of like Al Qaeda did in Spain, I'd say... No. Al Qa'ida is made up of terrorists; Moore is a bona fide citizen of the good ole US of A. He is exercising his rights as a citizen. Deal with it!
