Actually KLP, you need to get around a bit in Washington. There are plenty of groups who are paid by the elite to do their dirty works for them and fight their battles. They often have misdirecting names along the lines of "responsible media foundation", "truth in media", "peace foundation" etc etc. So I am pretty sure that if they could nail them to the walls, they would have already done so...It's not as if the Neocons shy away from fights or lack resources.
