What is MOST interesting is watching the actual video of W getting the LET IT RAIN note in Turkey....at the conference....notice carefully how POWELL LOOKS....first W passes it to Rummie...then to another person....he shakes hands and SMILES to both of them...while POWELL SITS RIGHT NEXT TO BUSH AND GETS IGNORED...and looks MISERABLE!
