You must not have heard Powell on the Sudan in the last day or so John....It's on this thread someplace...on search. But where are the UN on this? The peacekeepers? The Human Rights groups?

Looks like Powell is doing something. And best I can tell he's doing it with Koffi Annan. But it looks as if it's still the classic Bush arrogance approach: lecturing countries. It's effects will last until Powell's plane leaves the airport.
