Theoretically we should make new highs in a few days. Taking out the last low on the 28th or even 1500 ndx would be pretty bearish imo. BTW the trannies went out on the top tick. 1 point below a new high.

there was a rebalance that probably had some effect at the close. From what I understand 5000 spx contracts sold at close
