I disagree, for these reasons:

1. The economy is picking up.
2. International achievements:
a. Rid Taliban from power in Afghanistan
b. Pakistan and India now talking peace
c. Saddam Hussein gone from Iraq, working towards democracy
d. Libya into the international fold
e. Syria watching its step, loosening up
f. Saudi Arabia also

How can any of these be negative?
