I think you missed an important point in Harris's comments. He's elevated a France or Germany to the adversarial level of a China. Not a freudian slip........they are very serious and open about this issue. Who said it was complicated? You did. You tried to assign your perception to my remarks before Z read them. Silly liberal me....its clear now you didn't intend to throw in two allies in the same group with an adversary and one time adversary of the US. It was simply happenstance that the two allies just happened to be the ones railing most against Bush's foreign policy. I see.
